Dates Coconut Ladoo

Loaded with carbohydrates, iron, phosphorus and calcium this super healthy snack makes chai time a yummy affair. And it’s so easy that even a child can make it.

Ingredients

Only Organic Desiccated Coconut Powder – 150 g

Dates -20 nos

Honey-1 ½ tsp

Only Organic Cashew nuts -30 nos

Only Organic Cardamom – 3 to 4 nos

Preparation

Step 1:

Soak the dates in hot water for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, take some desiccated coconut powder in a bowl.

Step 2:

Blitz the cashew nuts and cardamom together at low speed in a blender for 10 sec.

Step 3:

Grind the soaked dates in a mixer until it becomes a fine paste.

Step 4:

Mix the well ground date paste, desiccated coconut powder, honey, crushed cashew nuts and cardamom.

Step 5:

Make small round balls of the mixture and roll the balls over the remaining desiccated coconut powder.
