Travel Coordinator

Job Description

  • Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodation for employees and company
    guests.
  •  Serve as a general resource and point of contact for travel-related issues; assist employees
    with travel-related issues or concerns.
  •  Research, negotiate, and secure best rates with airlines, car rental companies, and hotels.
  •  Review and ensure all contracts with necessary specifications.
  •  Ensure safe and efficient travel operations, in accordance with organizational policies and
    guidelines.
  •  Receive and respond to incoming travel requests on behalf of the organization.
  •  Organize Bio-farm Tour and promote bio tourism of Plantrich organic farm through social
    media and other networks
  •  Prepare SOP and put systems in place.
  •  Perform special projects and assignments as directed.
  •  Arranging for accommodation of new joiners in case required
  •  Support in any other admin related tasks and issues

Educational Qualification
Degree / Diploma in Travel and Tourism preferred.
