200 gms of homemade paneer
4 tsp of organic mint leaves chopped
1 medium chopped tomato
1 onion cut into cubes
50 gm Only Organic Cashew Nuts
3 tsp of Only Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
Salt to taste
Cut the paneer into small square cubes.
Heat a frying pan on low flame. Add 2 tsp of Only Organic Virgin Coconut Oil. Stir-fry chopped mint leaves, cashews, and paneer cubes together for three minutes. Once it changes color, add one tsp Only Organic Pepper Powder and sauté again for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and transfer the paneer mix to a bowl. In the bowl, add the medium chopped tomato, sliced onion and sprinkle salt (reserve a few cashews, as we need them for garnishing). Mix them together with a spoon.
