Pomegranate Milkshake recipe

As summer is arriving, we decided to concentrate on summer special recipes. Pomegranate milkshake is an easy and healthy recipe which can  be prepared in a few minutes. It is also a wonderful recipe to beat the summer heat.

Preparation Time : 10 Minutes

Ingredients :

Pomegranate seeds – 1 cup

Chilled Milk   – 2 cups

Organic Cardamom- 2 nos

Honey      – 2 tbsp

Preparation :

  1. Cut the pomegranate vertically and remove the seeds into a bowl.
  2. Take a blender and place the pomegranate seeds, blend it.
  3. Strain the juice to a glass.
  4. Add the chilled milk  to the extracted juice slowly and add Organic Cardamom and sugar to it and blend well.

Tips & Tricks :

Instead of sugar you can use honey for a healthy recipe.
